Digicore Solutions, Inc. is a regional information technology company formed in 2002 when Computers Associates and Spirit Technology and Consulting were combined. Computers Associates had primarily been an Apple computer dealer. Spirit Technology had primarily been a provider of computer network consulting services to small and medium sized businesses.
These business units have been reoriented such that they each have the capacity to sell similar products and services and share management and technical resources. Digicore’s product and service offerings fall into one of these categories:
We now have greater buying power, meaning we can provide our customers with more choices at better prices. In addition, we have more and varied technical resources. We can now say that whatever the computer service or network issue a customer encounters, we are the only company it needs to call to ensure that the problem is correctly and promptly taken care of.
